Challenge: A six-bedroom villa with an unstable network. The Wi-Fi struggled against concrete construction — a common issue in Jamaican luxury homes.

Solution: We took over the existing infrastructure, stabilised the network and added enterprise-grade monitoring. Deployed dual Starlink connections for redundancy, and installed a UDM SE for unified network management with full remote visibility.

Result: The network is now stable, monitored and backed up. Zero guest complaints since the intervention.

Challenge: A busy law firm needed a secure, reliable way to store and access their files from anywhere. Their existing setup was unreliable and they had no centralised backup strategy.

Solution: We installed a Synology NAS configured for secure remote access. The system is encrypted, backed up automatically and accessible from any location with internet access. Staff can now retrieve files from anywhere without compromising security.

Result: The firm now has a centralised, secure file repository with remote access capability. No more lost files, no more unreliable connections and no more searching for documents across multiple devices.

Challenge: A commercial gas plant in a remote location had no internet connectivity. Without a connection, they couldn't process transactions, monitor security, or run basic business operations. Traditional fibre was not available.

Solution: We deployed a complete infrastructure package: Starlink satellite internet for primary connectivity, structured cabling from the main office to the secondary office providing network access across the property and a security camera system installation and configuration for monitoring and safety.

Result: The gas plant now has reliable internet, networked offices, and a working security system. Operations run smoothly, transactions are processed and the client has full visibility into their property.
